APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We schedule our services by appointment so that we can best serve your family.

  • A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

  • After you’ve booked your appointment, we’ll send an e-mail to confirm your booking.

  • Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for more than 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service, and same-day cancellations (or no-shows) will be charged 100%. Thank you for understanding as we reserve this time just for you.

  • Services not canceled according to the cancellation policy will be charged as stated above.

  • Please be prompt to your appointment time in order for us to have the full duration that your service needs and the quality haircut you deserve! We want to be respectful of your reserved time as well as the next guest’s appointment.

  • Families that arrive late to their appointment may forfeit their appointment and be charged according to the cancellation policy.
